Nestes 2 dias são vivenciados Rituais Ancestrais de Xamanismo como Shamanic Journey Drumming, Trance Dance, Firewalking, Cerimónia de Cacau entre outros Rituais e Cerimónias que possibilitam o voo da consciência em busca de novos horizontes, de novas conquistas, de um novo ser, de uma nova vida. Uma nova vida inspirada na sabedoria encontrada nas folhas, nos movimentos dos ventos, no poder transformador do fogo, nos espíritos ancestrais, na jornada da alma, na missão. Um dos objetivos deste retiro é que cada um dos participantes possa depois continuar a trabalhar individualmente ou em grupo cada uma destas vivências xamânicas.
Qualquer pessoa pode ter acesso a estas técnicas ancestrais. Entre muitas outras práticas, utilizamos o som do tambor para nos transportar durante as viagens xamânicas. São vivenciados diferentes estados de consciência, fora do tempo e do espaço, onde podemos obter informação, respostas e cura, que depois trazemos à nossa consciência ordinária.

Após vários anos de aprendizagem em Portugal, Espanha e noutras culturas como na selva amazónica do Brasil, Peru, E.U.A. e Índia, foi tocado por diferentes mestres e facilitadores que tanto o ensinaram e o facilitaram no seu processo de autoconhecimento e de transformação. A sua intenção é partilhar o que tem vindo a experienciar em si mesmo, ao longo da sua vida e poder contribuir para a realização do ser humano.
Fundador do Projeto Simplesmente em 2006, projeto com qual se dedica a dinamizar atividades ligadas ao desenvolvimento pessoal e transpessoal.
Vive em Tomar na Quinta de São José dos Montes desde 2012 desenvolvendo um Projeto de Turismo Rural e de Natureza, Quinta Pedagógica, Agricultura Biológica, Equitação Natural e Centro de Retiros e Formações.

Shamanism is an ancient known spiritual path, which develops a close connection with nature. In this way, there is a consciousness of different realms of reality beyond the ordinary state.
In these two days we are going to experience basic shamanism techniques so that each participant can continue to work individually or in groups.
Anyone can have access to these ancient techniques, using the sound of the drum to transport us into the shamanic journey. We are going to experience different states of consciousness, beyond time and space, and trough them we can obtain information, answers and healing to our ordinary state.
What we experienced during this shamanic journeys can not be classified as right or wrong and only each of us can integrate and interpret properly what happened.
We will have the opportunity to realize different journeys and rituals based on ancient techniques as the Ritual Trance Dance, Shamanic Journey Drumming and Sweatlodge.
There will be some other surprises during the weekend!

After several years of learning in Portugal, Spain and other cultures as the Amazon jungle of Brazil, Peru, USA and India, has been touched by different teachers, masters and facilitators whom so much taught and facilitated his process of self-knowledge and transformation. His intention is to share what has been experienced all over these years and to contribute for the self-realization of the human being.
Founder of Projeto SimplesMente in 2006, a project focused on the realization of activities related to personal and transpersonal development.
He is living in Portugal, Tomar at Quinta de São José dos Montes since 2012 developing different areas such as Agro-Tourism, Glamping, Organic Farm, Natural Horse Riding and Holistic Center.
